How We Participate
Everyone plays a small part — no single family carries the whole year alone.
Take on one small, time-bounded planning role over the course of the year — most roles take about 30–60 minutes to fulfill, not a whole event by yourself.
Join at least three community gatherings during the year — Signature Events, Mom's Coffees, or other planned activities all count.
Our “Our Year Together” planning board — brought to every Mom's Coffee — is how families find and claim planning roles together, so fulfilling this expectation is easy to see and easy to do.
Applications are reviewed by a coordinator, and we'll walk you through what happens next.
